AI-Wealth X™ · Papua New Guinea

Privacy Policy

What we collect, why we collect it, who else sees it, and how to make us stop. Written to be read, not skimmed past.

Last updated 6 September 2026

The short version. We collect your name, email and phone number when you ask for the free chapter, and your order details when you buy. We use them to send you what you asked for and to follow up about the books and AI-Wealth X Labs™. We do not sell your information to anyone. Your data is stored on servers outside Papua New Guinea. You can ask us what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — by emailing [email protected] — and you can unsubscribe from every email with one click.

1 · Who we are

This website and the products sold on it are operated by AI-Wealth X™, of Papua New Guinea.

In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean that business. "You" means anyone who visits this site, fills in a form on it, or buys something from it.

If you want to reach a person about anything in this policy, email [email protected]. It is read by us, not by a service.

2 · What we collect

Information you give us

  • Your name, email address and contact number, when you fill in the form to receive the free chapter or to access anything else on the page.
  • Your answers to the two questions on that form — how you would describe where you are right now, and where you would rather start. You choose these yourself; we never guess them.
  • Whether you ticked the marketing consent box.
  • Which button you pressed before the form opened, so we know what you were looking at.
  • Order information when you buy — what you bought, the amount, the date, the payment method, and your payment reference.
  • Proof of payment, if you pay by bank transfer or PIN PNG and send us a screenshot or receipt.
  • Anything you write to us — emails, WhatsApp messages, questions asked during a call or a live session.

Information collected automatically

  • Your IP address, approximate location (usually only the country), browser and device type.
  • Which pages you opened, how long you stayed, what you clicked, and how far you scrolled.
  • The website or advertisement that sent you here.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — see section 7.

What we never collect

We do not take card numbers, CVV codes or bank login details on this site. Card payments are handled entirely by PayPal on their own systems. We never see your card number. Anyone claiming to be us and asking for those details by email or message is not us — tell us immediately.

Marketing emails are separate. If you gave us your details to get the free chapter, we will send you that chapter and a short series of emails about it. Broader marketing — offers, new releases, the business opportunity — goes only to people who ticked the consent box, and stops the moment you unsubscribe.

4 · Who else sees your information

We do not sell your information and we do not rent it out. We do share it with the small number of companies that make this business run. Here is the actual list.

WhoWhat they do with itWhere
Our business platform providerOur customer database, this website, our emails and our calendar. Holds everything in section 2. Named on request.United States
Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram)Advertising measurement — see section 7. Receives site activity, and hashed contact details only if we upload a customer list.United States
PayPalCard and PayPal payments. Handles the payment on their own systems and tells us only whether it succeeded.United States / global
PNG CreditBank and PIN PNGReceive bank and e-wallet transfers, under their own terms.Papua New Guinea
Video and conferencing providers (e.g. Zoom, YouTube for unlisted video)Deliver live sessions and recordings.United States

We will also disclose information if the law requires it, if we need to establish or defend a legal claim, or if the business is sold — in which case the buyer is bound by this policy.

5 · Your information leaves Papua New Guinea

This is the part most sites bury, so we are putting it in its own section. The systems we use to run this business are operated by companies based in the United States, and your information is stored on their servers there. That means it is held under United States law, not Papua New Guinea law, and the protections available to you may be different from the ones you would have at home.

By giving us your details, you are agreeing to that transfer. If you are not comfortable with it, do not fill in the form — and if you already have, email [email protected] and we will delete what we hold.

6 · How long we keep it

  • If you never buy: we keep your enquiry details for up to three years from your last interaction with us, then delete them.
  • If you unsubscribe: we stop emailing you immediately. We keep a minimal record of your email address on a suppression list, permanently, for the sole purpose of making sure we never email you again by accident.
  • If you buy: we keep your order and payment records for seven years, because tax and accounting rules require it. Your AI-Wealth X Labs™ account stays open for as long as your access lasts.
  • If you ask us to delete you: we delete everything we are not legally required to keep, within 30 days, and tell you what is left and why.

7 · Cookies, the Meta Pixel, and how to switch them off

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. This site uses them for three things:

  • Making the site work. Remembering that you already filled in the form, so it does not ask you again for 90 days. This one is stored in your own browser and never sent anywhere.
  • Understanding what works. Which pages get read, where people stop.
  • Advertising. We use the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Facebook. It tells Meta that a browser visited this page or completed the form. Meta uses that to show our advertisements to people who have shown interest, to avoid showing them to people who have already bought, and to tell us which advertisements actually led somewhere.

How to stop it

  • In your browser: settings → privacy → block or clear cookies. Blocking them will not stop you reading this site or receiving anything you have paid for.
  • On Facebook and Instagram: Settings → Accounts Centre → Your information and permissions → Your activity off Meta technologies. You can disconnect this site's activity or clear it entirely.
  • Do Not Track: browsers send this signal inconsistently and there is no agreed standard for honouring it, so we do not claim to respond to it. The two options above actually work.

8 · Your rights, and how to use them

Whatever the law where you are, we will do all of the following for anyone who asks:

  • Ask what we hold. We will send you a copy within 30 days.
  • Correct it. Tell us what is wrong and we will fix it.
  • Delete it. See section 6.
  • Stop the emails. Click unsubscribe at the bottom of any email, or ask us. It takes effect immediately, and it does not affect anything you have already bought.
  • Stop the phone calls and messages. Ask once, in writing or on a call, and we will note it and stop.
  • Get a copy of your data in a readable file, if you want to take it elsewhere.

One email address does all of it: [email protected]. We may ask you to confirm who you are first — usually by replying from the address we hold — so that nobody else can request your information.

Papua New Guinea does not yet have a general data protection statute in force. A Data Governance and Data Protection Bill was released for public consultation in 2026 and is expected to be administered by NICTA. We have written this policy to the standard that Bill sets out rather than waiting to be required to, and we will update it when the law commences.

9 · Keeping it safe

Your information sits inside our customer system behind a password and two-factor authentication, and this site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access is limited to the people who need it to run the business.

No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. If information we hold about you is exposed in a way that could cause you harm, we will tell you and tell you what to do about it — without waiting for a law that requires us to.

10 · Children

This site is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us their details, email [email protected] and we will delete them.

11 · Other people's websites

Where we link to somewhere else — a payment page, a video, a company we work with — that site has its own privacy policy and we are not responsible for it. Read theirs before you hand anything over.

12 · Changes to this policy

If we change it, we change the date at the top. If the change materially affects how we use information we already hold about you, we will email you before it takes effect.

13 · Complaints

Come to us first — [email protected] — and we will answer within seven days. If we cannot resolve it between us, you are free to take it to the relevant authority in Papua New Guinea, and we will not stand in your way or ask you to sign anything that stops you.
