Terms & Conditions

What you are buying, what it costs, when you can get your money back, and what we are not promising you. Please read clause 10 in particular.

The short version. You are buying digital books and online training. Prices are in Papua New Guinea Kina. Access opens as soon as payment clears. Because everything is digital and delivered immediately, sales are final once your access has been opened — so please ask us anything you need to before you pay. We will always refund a payment we could not deliver against, and a duplicate charge. The material is for you personally — not to resell or share. Nothing we sell is a promise that you will earn money.

1 · Who you are buying from

These products are sold by AI-Wealth X™, of Papua New Guinea ("we", "us", "our").

By buying anything on this site, or by submitting the form on it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, do not buy. If something here is unclear, email [email protected] and ask us before you pay — we would far rather answer a question than process a refund.

2 · What you are buying

The Gilded Awakening Book Series

Four digital books, sold individually or together. Each is delivered as an ebook file, as PDF and ePub, downloaded from a link sent to your email. They are digital only. Nothing is printed and nothing is posted.

An audiobook edition is in production. It is not part of what you are buying here and no release date is promised. When it is finished, everyone who has already bought the ebook will be given it at no extra cost, as a bonus for buying early — nothing to claim and nothing more to pay.

AI-Wealth X Labs™

Online access to the trainings, the AI Arsenal (the Tools Stack and the Prompt Vault), the Blueprints and their worksheets, a live Masterclass, a monthly live Mastery Zoom with recordings kept, workbooks, a certificate of completion, the guided reading list, and all four Gilded Awakening books.

Access is for the lifetime of the programme. There is no renewal and no second invoice. Lessons added after you join are included at no extra cost. If we ever have to close AI-Wealth X Labs™ entirely, we will give you at least 90 days' notice and make every downloadable resource available to keep before it closes.

What is not included

One-to-one coaching or consulting, unless you have separately agreed and paid for it.
Any "done-for-you" build. That is a separate service, quoted separately, starting with a meeting.
Membership of, or income from, any other company. See clause 11.
Third-party software. We teach you which tools to use; you obtain them yourself, under their own terms and at their own prices.

3 · Prices and currency

Every price on this site is in Papua New Guinea Kina (PGK) and includes all charges applied by us. The number you see is the number we charge.

If you pay by card through PayPal in a different currency, your own bank or card issuer may apply a conversion rate and its own fee. That is between you and them, we do not receive it, and we cannot tell you what it will be.
Bank and e-wallet transfer fees charged by your bank are yours to pay. If a transfer arrives short because of a fee, we will tell you and hold the order until the balance arrives.
We may change prices at any time. A change never affects an order already paid for.
If a price is displayed wrongly through an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than supply at that price. We will tell you why.

4 · Paying, and when your access opens

Use the exact reference we give you. It is how we match your money to your order. A transfer with no reference or the wrong one can take days to find, and occasionally cannot be found at all.

We may refuse or cancel an order — and refund it in full — if we cannot verify the payment, if the order looks fraudulent, or if the buyer has previously breached these terms.

5 · Delivery

Everything is delivered electronically to the email address you gave us. Download links are emailed as soon as payment clears; AI-Wealth X Labs™ access is opened on the same account.

If it does not arrive within an hour of payment clearing: check your spam and promotions folders first, then email [email protected] with your payment reference. We will resend it. If we cannot deliver what you paid for, you get all of your money back — that is not subject to any of the limits in clause 6.

It is your responsibility to give us an email address that works and to keep it working. If your address bounces, we cannot deliver.

6 · Refunds

All sales are final once your access has been opened.

Everything we sell is digital and is delivered to you immediately. A file that is already on your device cannot be given back, so we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, for not using what you bought, or for any result you hoped for and did not get.

This is the same policy shown to you on the checkout page, before you pay. By completing a purchase you confirm that you have read it and that you agree your access opens immediately.

What we will always refund

This policy protects us from change of mind. It is not a way of keeping money for something we did not give you. We will refund you in full, without argument, if:

We could not deliver what you paid for and could not put it right.
You were charged twice, or charged the wrong amount.
You paid for something you already owned.
Your access was never opened — you paid, and then told us before we opened it that you did not want to proceed.

Email [email protected] with your payment reference. We reply within 3 working days and pay approved refunds within 10 working days, by the same method you paid.

Before you buy — please do this instead

We would far rather answer a question than take money from someone who turns out not to want what we sell. So, honestly:

Read the free chapter first. It is a full chapter of Book One, it costs nothing, and it will tell you within twenty minutes whether the rest is for you.

Start small if you are unsure. Book One is K49. Nobody has to begin at the top.

Before you raise a chargeback with your bank, please write to us. Almost every payment dispute we have seen was a delivery problem that took five minutes to fix — an email that went to spam, a transfer with the wrong reference. Going straight to your bank costs us a fee, costs you weeks, and usually ends with the same answer we would have given you the same day.

7 · What you may and may not do with the material

When you buy, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the material yourself. We keep the copyright.

You may: read, listen, download and keep your own copies; print pages for yourself; use the prompts, worksheets and templates inside your own business, including with your own paying customers.

You may not:

Resell, rent, sublicense or give away the files.
Share your AI-Wealth X Labs™ login. One person, one account.
Upload the material anywhere — a file-sharing site, a group chat, a drive folder, a course platform of your own.
Record, screenshot for redistribution, or repost the live sessions or their recordings.
Teach the material as your own, or build a competing course from it.
Use it to train an artificial intelligence model.

If you do any of these, we may close your access without a refund, and pursue our rights over the copyright.

8 · The live sessions

The monthly Mastery Zoom and the Masterclass are live and are recorded. By joining you accept that your name, voice and picture may appear in a recording that other members can watch. If you would rather not appear, keep your camera and microphone off and ask your questions in the chat — that is entirely normal and nobody will comment on it.

We may reschedule a session. If we do, we will give as much notice as we can and the recording will be posted either way. Sessions are conducted in a professional manner and we may remove anyone who abuses, harasses or spams other members, without refund.

9 · Your account

Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has it. You are responsible for what happens on your account. We may suspend an account that is being shared, and will contact you first unless the sharing is obvious and ongoing.

10 · No income guarantee

Nothing on this website, in these books, in AI-Wealth X Labs™, in any email we send you or in anything said on a call is a promise, projection or guarantee of earnings.

These are education products. What you get out of them depends entirely on your own effort, your own skill, your own market, your own circumstances and factors outside anyone's control.

Many people who buy educational materials, or who join a direct-selling business, earn little or nothing. Any result described by anyone on this site is that person's own experience and is not typical, not average, and not a prediction of what you will achieve.

You are responsible for your own business decisions. We are not your financial adviser, your accountant or your lawyer, and nothing we provide is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Take proper advice before you commit money to anything.

11 · The business opportunity, and other companies

Some of what we teach relates to running a business in partnership with a third-party company — its products, its systems and how its plan works. To be completely clear about what that is and is not:

Buying anything on this site does not enrol you in that company, and does not entitle you to any income from it. They are separate things.
If you later choose to join that company, that is a separate agreement between you and them, on their terms, and their terms govern it — not these.
We do not control that company's products, prices, policies or compensation plan, and we cannot promise they will stay as they are.
We may receive a benefit if you join through us. We will tell you so at the time.
Whatever you decide there, what you bought here is yours and stays yours. Nothing we sell is conditional on joining anything.

12 · Health and wellness products

Where any health or wellness product is mentioned by us or by a third-party company:

Nothing said here diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any disease or medical condition. No statement about any product has been evaluated by a medicines regulator. Speak to a qualified doctor before starting any supplement or changing anything about your health, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or being treated for a condition.

13 · What we are responsible for

We stand behind delivering what you paid for, and behind clause 6.

Beyond that, and to the fullest extent the law allows: we are not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the material or of any tool or company we mention. Where we are found liable for anything, our total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid us.

Nothing in these terms excludes any right you have under Papua New Guinean law that cannot legally be excluded — including under the Fairness of Transactions Act 1993 — and if any clause here is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

14 · Availability

We aim to keep everything online all the time and will not achieve it. Systems go down, ours and other people's. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for interruptions outside our control, but we will tell you what is happening and restore access as fast as we can.

15 · Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do. The terms that apply to your purchase are the ones published on the day you bought — a later change cannot be applied backwards to something you have already paid for. If a change materially affects existing members, we will email you before it takes effect.

16 · Privacy

How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

17 · Governing law, and settling a disagreement

These terms are governed by the laws of Papua New Guinea, and the courts of Papua New Guinea have jurisdiction.

Come to us first. Email [email protected] and we will reply within seven days and try in good faith to sort it out. Most things end there. If they do not, neither of us gives up any right by having tried.
