This website, ai-wealthx.com, is run by Rojie Jardio, trading as AI-Wealth X™ ("we", "us"). We are responsible for the personal information you share with us on this website.

This policy covers the main AI-Wealth X website. Some of our other pages (for example our Papua New Guinea book and training pages) have their own privacy policy, which applies when you use those pages.

2 · What we collect

Information you give us

• Your name, email address and country.
• Your WhatsApp or phone number, only if you choose to give it.
• Your answers in our question panel, for example what kind of business you run, what you want to learn, and how you would like us to reply.
• Anything you write to us by email, WhatsApp or social media.
• Whether you said yes to receiving updates from us.

Information collected automatically

• Basic technical details such as your browser type, device, the pages you visit and the website that sent you here.
• Small pieces of information stored in your browser (cookies and similar), for example to remember your sound setting or to keep the page working properly.

What we do not collect on this website

We do not take payments on the main website, so we never ask for card or bank details here. Please do not send us passwords, ID documents or health information.

3 · Why we use it

• To reply to you personally and answer your questions.
• To send you the follow-up email you asked for when you sent your answers.
• To understand what kind of help you are looking for, so the right person replies with the right information.
• To send you updates, only if you said yes. You can stop them at any time.
• To keep the website working, safe and improving.

We only use your information for these reasons, and we do not use it to make automatic decisions about you.

4 · Who else sees your information

We never sell your personal information.

We use trusted service providers to run this website, store our contact list, and send email and messages. They only use your information to provide that service to us. This includes our website and customer-management platform, our email delivery service, website hosting and security services, and WhatsApp (Meta) when you message us there.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

5 · Your information may travel

Our service providers may store information in other countries, including outside the country you live in. Wherever it is stored, we expect it to be protected in line with this policy.

6 · How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to reply to you and keep a record of our conversation, and for as long as you are receiving updates. If you ask us to delete it, we will, unless the law requires us to keep something.

7 · Cookies and similar tools

Cookies and browser storage help the page work, remember your choices and show us, in total, how the website is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website will still work, though some small features may not.

We do not currently use advertising trackers on this website. If we add one in the future (for example to measure our advertising), we will update this page first.

8 · Your choices and rights

• See the information we hold about you.
• Correct it if it is wrong.
• Delete it.
• Stop updates at any time, using the unsubscribe link in any email or by telling us.

To do any of these, email [email protected]. We will reply within 30 days.

Depending on where you live, you may also have extra rights under your local privacy law, and you can complain to your local privacy regulator. For example: the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (Australia), the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (New Zealand) or the National Privacy Commission (Philippines). We would appreciate the chance to fix things first.

9 · Keeping it safe

We use reputable services with security protections, and we limit who can see your information. No website can be 100% secure, so please contact us straight away if you think something is wrong.

10 · Children

This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, tell us and we will delete it.

11 · Other websites

Our pages link to other websites and apps, such as WhatsApp, social media and our other AI-Wealth X pages. Those have their own privacy policies, which apply when you use them.

12 · Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top always shows the latest version. If we make an important change, we will make it clear on this page.
