These terms apply when you use the main AI-Wealth X website, ai-wealthx.com. The website is run by Rojie Jardio, trading as AI-Wealth X™ ("we", "us"). By using the website, you agree to these terms.

2 · What this website is

This website introduces AI-Wealth X™, our mindset, AI and business-model education, and our book series The Gilded Awakening™. It lets you ask questions and request a personal reply.

Nothing is sold on this website. When we offer a product, book, program or service, it is offered on its own page, with its own price and its own terms (including refunds). Those terms apply to that purchase.

3 · No promise of income or results

AI-Wealth X provides education, tools and a way of working. We do not promise or guarantee any income, earnings or business results.

Any story, example or figure you see is for illustration only and is not typical. Your results depend on many things, including your own effort, skills, time, market and circumstances. Please make your own decisions, and get independent financial or legal advice where you need it.

Where we mention a business opportunity or another company, taking part is optional, it is separate from this website, and it has its own terms.

4 · Not medical, financial or legal advice

Nothing on this website is medical, health, financial, tax or legal advice. It is general information and education. Always talk to a qualified professional about your own situation.

5 · When you contact us

When you send us your answers or a message, please give honest, accurate details. By sending them, you agree that we may contact you about your answers by email, or by WhatsApp if you gave us your number. Updates are only sent if you said yes. 6 · Our content and brand

The words, images, videos, designs and logos on this website, and the names AI-Wealth X™, AI-Wealth X OS™, AI-Wealth X Labs™, AI-Hybrid Commerce™ and The Gilded Awakening™, belong to Rojie Jardio or are used with permission. You may view and share links to our pages, but please do not copy, sell or reuse our content without written permission.

7 · Using the website fairly

• Do not use the website for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful.
• Do not try to break, overload or get around the security of the website.
• Do not send spam, or pretend to be someone else.

8 · Links to other websites

We link to other websites and apps, such as WhatsApp and social media. We are not responsible for their content or how they work, and their own terms apply.

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or online. We may change, pause or remove any part of it at any time.

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss that comes from using, or relying on, this website.

Nothing in these terms takes away any rights you have under the consumer laws of the country you live in. For example, the Australian Consumer Law, New Zealand's Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act, or the Philippines' Consumer Act all still apply to you where relevant.

Please contact us first. Most problems are solved quickly by talking. We will try in good faith to sort out any disagreement with you fairly. If we cannot, you keep every right your local law gives you to take the matter further.
